Our Annual General Meeting is held once a year sometime in October or November once we have prepared our financial statements after the end of our fiscal year (July 31st).
All members, program participants, community partners & residents are welcome to attend. We review our sucesses from the previous year, go over financial statements & elect next years board of directors.
