Dear Neighbours of the Fairfield Gonzales Community,
Much has already been done to modernize, improve, and beautify the architecture, buildings, and foliage of the Moss and Fairfield Streets the Five Corners. The Fairfield UnitedChurch congregation is delighted to participate in this improvement with the beautification of our church community’s frontage.

The Fairfield congregation contracted Aitken Design to draft a pedestrian-friendly frontage to the Fairfield UnitedChurch property. This plan includes more trees, shrubs and flowering greenery with two public comfort benches for passing pedestrians. It will have the ambience of a place of rest and reflection on our busy street corner.

Fairfield Banners

Five Points project makes progressAlso, the FGCA also made a successful application to the City of Victoria's Matching Grant Program Banner pilot initiative. This project looks at erecting approximately 20 banners on the telephone poles along the intersections of Fairfield and Moss.

Theyare now installed! Come down to the Five Points to check them out.

The Fairfield Community Association, in partnership with the City of Victoria, created a banner image which have been installed at our Five Points Corner (where Moss, Fairfield and Oscar meet). The colourful prints reflect the true beauty of springtime in Fairfield, so
shake off those winter blues and take some time to check them out.
Thank you to The Big Bold Banner Company and their installer for helping beautify our community.
