Moss Rock Pre-School (2 ½ -5 yrs):
Join our qualified Early Childhood Educators in a child-led pre-school setting. Moss Rock Pre-School will provide young children with a nurturing environment and focus on group paced learning. Our goal is to create age-appropriate opportunities to explore: language, current events, nature, art, science, math, develop a sense of community, building social skills, as well as expanding of cognitive ability. We are a licensed program with a ratio of 1 educator to 10 students.
Child led programming focuses on group interests and allows children to discover and learn at their own pace and develop their own unique and collective interests. Children learn best and rise to their full potential when they are permitted to explore subjects when they feel ready.
Registration Information
- There is a one time only $30 administrative fee per family
- Our fees are pro-rated to incorporate closures for the year and do not vary monthly
- Program closures follow the schedule for Sir James Douglas Elementary SD61 including pro d days, school vacation and statutory holidays
- To be eligible for registration your child must turn 3 years of age by December 31st, 2011,
- Your child must be toilet trained.
- September 2011 registration is now open, the first day of preschool will be Wednesday September 7th
- Due to our affiliation with the Fairfield Gonzales Community Association Out of School Care programs, Moss Rock Pre-School families will be given priority come OSC registration time
