Jackie Hitchcock: “Health, wellness, food and nutrition have been a life-long learning experience for me. Vegetarian from an early age, the discovery of lactose-intolerance led me to lead a vegan lifestyle. In the past 20 years I have followed a vegan diet and have worked in the vegan and health food industry. I have always been interested in the science of nutrition and have studied science at a university level. More recently I discovered that I am gluten-intolerant which has led me to explore a gluten-free diet. I'm a certified Raw Food Chef, trained at the Raw Foundation Culinary Arts Institute in Vancouver. Health is a journey that I look forward to sharing with others.”
