Booking Policies

  • Please contact the Facility Coordinator 382-4604 or facility@fairfieldcommunity.ca to check availibility and arrange bookings.
  • Full payment is due upon booking the facility. This can be done with a credit card over the phone or with a cheque or debit card during regular office hours. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is processed.
  • Discounts will be considered for multiple bookings.
  • A Waiver and a Terms and Conditions Agreement must be signed by the renter.
  • The Renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests and/or participants and will be liable for any damage or loss caused by these participants.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • If we are notified of a cancellation at least 5 working days prior to the rental date, the amount paid will be refunded minus a $25 booking fee. If a cancellation is made less than five working days prior to the rental date, a refund in part will only be considered if the room is able to be rebooked.

Fire Alarms

  • Should the Fire Alarm sound, exit the building and wait for the fire depapartment to give the all clear to re-enter the building.
  • False alarms are subject to a $500 fee to the Fire Department. Renters will be billed by the FGCA if they are responsible by not using the fan on the stove or from using sparklers, candles or any thing that produces smoke or fumes that set off the alarm.
